Very Harsh .Was ok the first few times I used it .Now can not take any with out coughing on every hit. Would not purchase again. Am going to deep six this product that is how bad it is. And with all the coughing it causes not to sure this is a healthy product. Just my opinion but if somebody would have left a review about the effects of the coughing I would not of bought this product
