Key facts about Koi CBD Oil
The range of Koi Naturals tincture oils from Koi CBD is seriously impressive. These products are made with a beautiful blend of full-spectrum cannabidiol (CBD), but are THC-free.
Furthermore, Koi are offering a high-quality, vegan-friendly CBD experience, using no solvents or pesticides in their production process. And all of the claims about their products are backed up in the third-party lab reports.
At CBDVapeJuice.net, we have Koi CBD tinctures available in three strengths: 250mg, 500mg and 1000mg. We have a ‘Natural’ tincture with no extra flavorings, but also Lemon-Lime, Orange and Spearmint for those who want to mask the taste of the hemp plant.
Ingredients in Koi CBD Tinctures
Koi CBD tinctures are made with a full-spectrum CBD extract, which we will discuss in more depth. All flavorings used in these tinctures are natural – no artificial flavorings here!
Full-spectrum CBD products are made with the complete hemp extract. This is in contrast to CBD-isolate extracts, which contain CBD as the only active cannabinoid. Full-spectrum products are embellished with terpenes and other non-psychoactive cannabinoids.
The terpenes bring natural flavor to a product and some health benefits. The other cannabinoids also have therapeutic properties. But more importantly, they are thought to help make the CBD more effective, through the ‘entourage effect’, a synergistic reaction that occurs when cannabinoids are enjoyed together.
There are known to be at least three other non-intoxicating and legal cannabinoids in Koi Naturals tinctures. We’ve identified what they may bring to the oil.
Cannabinol (CBN): CBN is found in trace amounts in hemp. The cannabinoid has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities. It may also help to relieve pain and insomnia.
Cannabidivarin (CBDV): CBDV has been shown to reduce nauseous symptoms. It also has potential as a treatment for pain and mood disorders, and as an anti-inflammatory.
Cannabigerol (CBG): CBG is perhaps the best-known cannabinoid after CBD and THC. This compound is an effective anti-inflammatory, and promotes bone growth. CBG may have value as a treatment for bacterial infections. Interestingly, most cannabinoids exhibit antibacterial qualities.
How to use Koi CBD tinctures
Koi CBD tinctures have been designed to make consumption as easy and efficient as can be. Just fill up the dropper and apply the oil under the tongue. The sublingual absorption method works best when you hold the oil for a minute or two, as this maximizes your intake of CBD. The CBD molecules are essentially given a shortcut into the bloodstream when taken under the tongue. The effects shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to kick in.
This is by far the most common way to take a CBD tincture. But swallowing the oil directly or mixing it into a beverage or meal will also work. The benefits of oral consumption are unhurried, but last longer. Some find that taking their CBD oil with a fatty product rich in MCTs speeds up the onset of effects and improves bioavailability. The higher the bioavailability of CBD, the more effective and potent a dose will be.
Bear in mind that CBD tincture oils are not the same as vape oils. These cannot be used in vape devices such as the Koi Stik. You’ll need a Koi CBD vape juice for that.
Why use CBD tincture oils
CBD tincture oils are ideal if you want instant CBD relief, but are not keen on smoking flower or vaping e-liquids. Tinctures are, therefore, appropriate for everybody. CBD oil is also how some people with rare epileptic conditions are being treated. These stories have received lots of coverage in the news media, and are the products many associate with CBD.
Using CBD tinctures does not lead to the strong smells that come from vaping or smoking. And nor will you feel compelled to go outside when you want to take a dose. Full-spectrum products do have terpenes, so there is some aroma to be aware of. But the oil is not pungent like hemp smoke, so you can be discreet with your use of tinctures.
It will take a few CBD doses before you have a genuine idea of how CBD affects you. All dosage guidelines are effectively just rough estimates, as there are so many variables which can impact how you respond to a dose. But with three distinct potencies – 250, 500 and 1000mg – each product has its own unique benefits. All bottles are sized at 30ml and contain 0% THC.
Koi CBD 250mg
The 250mg tincture is appealing to new CBD users, and those who are best served by low doses. Small quantities of CBD at a time (less than 10mg) can be great for boosting alertness and focus. The mental clarity offered by CBD is very popular – and even better, it’s not addictive!
Koi CBD 500mg
The 500mg tincture oil from Koi CBD is good for people who already have experience with CBD. If you want to take CBD daily, as a supplement or for relief, you can do so effortlessly with this product. You can also easily reduce or up your dose if you’re looking for something different.
Koi CBD 1000mg
Koi CBD’s 1000mg tincture is twice as strong as the 500mg and four times stronger than the 250mg. This product is intended for those who like higher doses, maybe to combat pain, stress or to enhance quality of sleep.
